Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your application to, and participation in, the Suportr League™ presale wait-list (the “Wait-List”). The Wait-List is administered by Likkletek Limited, a company incorporated in England & Wales (company number _____) with registered office at __________ (“Likkletek”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By joining the Wait-List you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or notices referenced herein (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not join the Wait-List.

2. Definitions

TermMeaning
Suportr CoinA digital reward token issued by Likkletek for exclusive use within the Suportr League platform and with approved third-party partner brands. It is not an investment, security, e-money or any other regulated asset class.
PlatformThe Suportr League social community and reward ecosystem for UK Premier League football fans, scheduled to launch in August 2025.
Eligible UserA natural person aged 18 or over, resident in a jurisdiction that does not prohibit participation in the Wait-List or use of the Platform.
Activation PeriodThe first continuous 30-day period of the Platform’s public availability during which the Eligible User must remain active to unlock Suportr Coin.
ActiveLogging in at least once per week and completing at least one eligible in-app engagement (e.g., posting, voting, challenge participation).

3. Eligibility

  1. You must be an Eligible User.

  2. One Wait-List registration per person. Automated or bulk registrations are prohibited.

  3. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Likkletek or its affiliates may join the Wait-List but are not eligible for the free Suportr Coin allocation.

4. Wait-List Registration

  1. Provide accurate, current and complete information, including a valid e-mail address.

  2. You will receive a confirmation e-mail; follow any verification steps therein.

  3. Likkletek may refuse or cancel your registration at its sole discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, legal requirement).

5. Suportr Coin Allocation

  1. The first 1,000 Eligible Users to successfully register for the Wait-List (“Early Joiners”) will provisionally receive 10 Suportr Coin (approx. £10 intrinsic in-platform value).

  2. Allocation is provisional until all Activation Requirements (Section 6) are satisfied.

  3. Suportr Coin allocations are personal, non-transferable and have no cash equivalent.

6. Activation Requirements

To receive and unlock your Suportr Coin you must:

  1. Create and verify a Suportr League account within 30 days of the Platform’s public launch (target August 2025).

  2. Remain Active throughout the Activation Period.

  3. Comply at all times with the Platform Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and these Terms.

Failure to satisfy any requirement results in automatic forfeiture of the provisional allocation.

7. Nature of Suportr Coin

  1. Utility-only: Suportr Coin is designed solely to redeem goods, services, discounts or experiences within the Platform or through authorised partner brands.

  2. No legal tender: Suportr Coin carries no monetary value, is not redeemable for fiat currency, and is not tradable on secondary markets.

  3. Not an investment: Suportr Coin should not be acquired with any expectation of profit or capital appreciation. Likkletek does not undertake to maintain or increase its value, or to facilitate resale.

  4. Regulatory status: Suportr Coin is outside the scope of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and related securities legislation. You acknowledge that you are not purchasing an investment product, collective investment scheme, security token or e-money.

8. Use of Suportr Coin

  1. Usable only in accordance with in-app rules and any partner-specific terms.

  2. Unused Suportr Coin may expire after 24 months from allocation unless local law requires otherwise.

  3. Likkletek may modify Suportr Coin functionality or redemption options with reasonable notice.

9. KYC, AML & Compliance

  1. We may require identity verification in accordance with UK anti-money-laundering (“AML”) and counter-terrorist-financing regulations before Suportr Coin is unlocked or used.

  2. Failure to provide requested documents may lead to forfeiture of Suportr Coin and/or account suspension.

10. Termination, Suspension & Forfeiture

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Wait-List registration or Platform account and forfeit any Suportr Coin if we reasonably believe you:

  • Provided false information;

  • Breached these Terms or any Platform policy;

  • Engaged in fraud, manipulation, abusive or unethical conduct;

  • Are subject to trade sanctions, export controls or other legal restrictions.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. For details on what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights, please see our Privacy Policy (available at launch). By joining the Wait-List you consent to:

  • Receipt of transactional e-mails relating to your registration;

  • Marketing e-mails about Suportr League products and partner offers (opt-out any time).

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos and software associated with Suportr League are owned by or licensed to Likkletek. Nothing in the Agreement grants you any ownership rights.

13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  1. No warranties: The Wait-List and Suportr Coin are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

  2. Indirect loss: Likkletek is not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

  3. Liability cap: Our total aggregate liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed £50.

  4. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Likkletek, its directors, employees and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Wait-List or Suportr Coin.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance or our business practices. We will provide reasonable notice (e.g., e-mail or in-app). Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your home jurisdiction.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

18. Assignment

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliate or successor without notice. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Likkletek concerning the Wait-List and supersede all prior understandings.
